Hey guys! I've been having a lil problem with my 01 jeep grand cherokee laredo. It starts and runs just fine and then outta nowhere it will stall while I am driving. Sometimes it starts right back up and sometimes I have to to hold the gas pedal down then turn the key. I had the fuel filter changed today and some tune up work done, it ran fine this morning and then this evening it stalled out 3 times on my way to work which is only a 15 min drive. 2 out of the 3 times i had to again hold the gas down while starting. I was told possibly the fuel pump is going or its the camshaft position sensor?? I'd rather not nickle and dime this into an expensive project. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated!! Is the CEL on? Did you get any codes?

 

I have replaced all those items you said mine stil does it only fix I have heard is to get a new PCM which I am ordering this week. That's only thing I been told to fix said they have computer problems but not sure you could try the cheaper stuff first
