ZJ Weekend Warrior and DD
Ok, guys, I'm gonna try this again since my previous build got destroy (someone t-boned me). This time with a 97 ZJ Limited. I know nothing about the ZJ platform so I'll be learning as I go but current plans are for a 2inch budget boost and 31s. I already ordered the 31s and I'm gonna try and fit them stock until I get the funds to lift it. Obviously, I need to address the rockers on both sides, the paint, and the front bumper. I already removed the awful stickers and bypassed the alarm system cause I don't have the key fob. Anyone have ideas for a cheap bumper? Thanks for all your help that I'm sure I'll need I'll keep everyone posted with updates!

Ok, Guys, I haven't been posting as I wanted but my tires came in and they're mounted and installed on my old XJ wheels. I also bedlined the wheels with that Rustoleum spray bedliner stuff. I also did a real hack job on my fenders but hey its already rusted and only cost $500 so I couldn't care less.

After those new tires were installed they rubbed pretty bad in the front so instead of going and getting some new wheels I copped some spacers for hella cheap. Yes, I installed them correctly and torqued them up to spec so I shouldn't have any problems besides some busted up ball joints. They also make the jeep look more aggressive like I like so that's a plus too. Next up I'm trying to get a cheap welder and some 2x6 for those awful rockers. Then its a lift kit and bedlining the entire Jeep.

Jeep looks good so far! Us ZJs on the site seem to be far and few in between. Cant help but notice what I think are limb-riser mounts on the hood, if that's what they are how did you do them? Been wanting to add some to mine for a while.

They're hood pins right now but I've been thinking about turning them into limb risers. It shouldn't be too hard just need to find somewhere to mount the cable up top.
