Wow that things gonna be insane. Cant wait to see more. But im really interested on how you trimmed your front bumper and where you relocated the vacum system. More pics would be great.

I did this a while ago, but my tire would rub on full stuff so i made some relief cuts in the inner fenders and hammered them upwards.

Intake is just a Tornado City intake, not even sure if they make them anymore...
Here is a better picture of the full thing

As for the ACOS spacers... They are nice for adjusting the ride height to level out the rig or give it a slightly different stance. I also had them on the rear, but for the price i wouldnt do it again.

Okay well Its about time for another update... and let me just say that the only time i have had help during this build was while tearing the 8.8 out, Moving these axles around by myself has SUCKED!!
Anyways...
I made the Upper CA mount, it is bolted through the frame with 4 bolts, and will be welded as well

Then welded her all the way up, and added some skin

here you can see the nut welded to the top of the bracket, and the output on the t'case. Tight spaces here, pictures dont do justice, disregard the t-case linkage it will be fixed

Then I started on the truss for the 60, notice the angle iron im using to mock up the steering and keep the wheels pointed strait so i can actually move the axle around?

Added some supports on the inside as well

Ring gear is pretty rusty, good thing i have new gears, carrier, and internals

Had to make some cutouts so i could skin the truss

Front piece

Fitting it on

It will be fully welded to the cast housing as well

Got coils?

Gonna be WIDE

Also forgot to mention i plated the frame all the way to the front x-member, outsides, insides and bottom. Ill have to get some pictures of it all. Here you can see the it somewhat

Making the track bar bracket, it will be all out of 3/8"

I had made some lower control arm mounts, but i didnt like them much so i decided to make some more

Here are the old ones (top) for comparison

here are the brackets, before holes were drilled.

Track bar brackets are 3/8", LCA mounts are 1/4"

Supports on the inside of course

Finished

Another picture of old vs. new

Then i made a bracket for the UCA on the axle, it will of course be skinned

Well I needed to figure out exactly where I wanted my front axle to sit, and check for clearances with the 2" OD square tube. So I cut up some 2" strip and cutout hole in them so i could adjust them until I got what i liked.

This is about full bump, picture some 40's instead of 35's

I cut up the stock bumpstops in order to move them forward with the axle so the coil will sit strait instead of leaning back like everyone else does when they push the axle forward. So i cut these out to weld into place, 1/4"

Here you can see what I mean, they will be gusseted to the frame plating, and skinned to the inner fenders for a nice clean and flush look.

Well when i was measuring for the trackbar and figuring out clearances, i noticed my oil pan was hanging down pretty far. A closer look helped me see that my engine mounts were beyond gone.

So I had to change those out

While sitting my jeep had developed a slight coolant leak, I initially assumed it was from the top of the waterpump gasket. So i decided i would tackle that while i was doing the engine mounts. I also wanted to re-work the front Framehorn to gain some clearance, and better my approach angle. PLUS, I needed to plate the inside of the frame rails in front of the engine mounts and around the steering box. So I started tearing stuff up...

I am also going to make a new radiator support to gain 1.5" of clearance and beef it up.

So here is how she sits right now. Once my joints and stuff get here from Ballistic Fab i can finish the front end up. I have been waiting for several weeks now and am getting pretty pissed, I was hoping to make a run out to little moab this weekend but it looks like that wont happen now.
