The front end will be about an 1.5" lower then it is in the picture, and if i dont like the height when im done ill swap the rear coils to the front and put some stock zj front coils in the rear with a .5" spacer, which should make it sit around 4-5" of lift. Right now i estimate its about 7.5" higher then stock. Once i find some 38-42" tires it should make it look a bit better.

Well i added up the total cost of my suspension...
Rod ends, tube adapters, jam nuts, Square tubing, and the plate for brackets and trusses- Came out to 694.39 for everything!
Id say not to bad considering i now have a Double Tri 4-link w/7" stretch in the rear and a Tru 3-link w/4" stretch up front all setup exactly how i want it

Ya i plan on keeping it street legal still, keyword TRY. Im only doing hydro assist because i wanna still be able to drive it around town, otherwise id go full hydro.

Well this build thread is long overdue for an update, I will try to update alot of it tonight and if i dont get it all then i will finish tomorrow... It may be somewhat out of order, and i dont have my camera right now so i dont have a ton of pictures. I realize this is a brief overview of alot of things, so if any one has ANY questions just ask since im sure i will leave things out.
Got these a while back

35 spline 1.5" chromo shafts (one piece inner) for the 60 next to a stock 35 spline sterling shaft. Notice how the moser shafts neck UP to 1.75"

My old 3/4" heims next to my new creeper joints, these things are huge

Started figuring out where i wanted the rear axle to be

Brackets and stuff

Here are the adjustable frameside UCA mounts I threw together

Some gussets added

Using my old lowers to mock up my upper mounting points

Mounts come up through the floor (will get boxed in) i will still retain the rear seats

Mocking up the LCA mounts and x-member.

Had to make room for the driveshaft to clear

Added some gussets, and plate and welded her up

Then i welded the x-member in and after fully welding it all around i added some gussets to that as well. Welds arent the greatest here, but then again it was overhead with flux core

Here is a picture showing the crossmember and the UCA mounts all welded in with gussets

Notice how the cutout for the D-shaft on the x-member is off to one side? its because the yoke on the axle is slightly offset to the passenger side.

Here is the view from the axle, i had to notch the bottom of the UCA frameside mounts to clear the arms at full stuff

The quarter panels were gonna limit my stuff quite a bit...

Gettin close..

Still need to do some grinding on the framerails to pretty them up a bit

Started welding on the mounts for good, of course i gusseted and plated every mount on the axle as well. I know they dont need it but i want everything bulletproof in this suspension. My initial goal with this build was to make certain it would withstand substantial abuse without having issue.

I mentioned that my fender was going to hurt my uptravel, im not a huge fan of comp cuts so i didnt want to cut it all the way to the tail lights and have a "stubby" set of tail lights.
before

After

Gotta love the plasma

Started making the fenders

This is slightly more then full stuff, these are 35's and i will be running at least 39's which will mean slightly less uptravel.

On the arms i cut out holes on each side to get a weld farther down on the tube inserts as well as welding them all around

I dont think i ever posted finished pictures of my tranny x-member so...

Here is the finished rear (minus shocks) total stretch was 7-8"

Not content with how high it sits, but in reality it is 1" lower then before

Need to finish compcut and tube fenders

Bought me a purebred yellow lab as well

Well with the rear being done besides shocks and gears, I decided to start on the front

Notice how ****ty the welds on the track bar are? the P.O. apparently didnt know what he was doing, this bracket was ridiculous!!

Getting the 60 ready

Welded the tubes on the housing and the C.A.D. section. Preheated with a torch, welded 1" strips, Postheated and peened.

There is much more, but unfortunately I cant access the pictures at the moment. Basically im waiting on ballistic for the front end to be complete suspension wise.

Thanks for all the compliments guys, ya the bigger tires should help even out the wheel wells quite a bit. Still, a couple inches lower couldn't hurt..
Ill try and get the thread up to date sometime today when my buddy gives my camera back
