homedepot was the only place i could find any metal. used 1" square tubeing for the most part. 6ft long and 36" wide. on the top i used some right angle metal and drilled holes in it for straps to hold down what ever it is i decide to throw up there. i also bought self taping screws and a lot of L brackets. The self tapers sucked so i drilled a small pilot hole and it worked out great. i will try to post some pics up in not too long of some wheeling i did a couple weeks ago

Hey man thanks for checking out my cherokee. Yours is extremely clean the color with the chrome grill looks really good. Roof rack came out good too good job! keep on jeepin man

So I bought a 63mm TB and it made a HUGE difference. It was money very well spent. And when you add more air in, more must come out, i went out and bought a 40 series knock off for 30$ and it sounds really good!

It's a $40 set up at wally world. i think it's KC not a 100% sure. I'll double check. They also got em at pepboys last time i was in there. Comes with everything you need(switch and some wires)... excpet bout 5ft short of wireing. So pick up some extra wires and ur all set!
