Incredible work, glad to see more Alberta guys, especially who have such a built rig, and who understand the pain of buying part's in Canada, haha. Those are some amazing fab skills. Can't wait to see this thing in action, both in picture on the forums and potentially on the trail one day
The only thing that's similar about our XJ's is the original colour and the location of the Rubicon Express sticker.

thanks guys, I have this week to try and finish the rear fenders before I go back to work. I was originally planning an exo-cage, but decided to do internal, what do you guys think on external Cage? I think it might ruin the look of the xj.

Meh, I don't like the rear flares or that chunk of steel triangle full of holes up front.
Maybe it'll look better once it has huge tires under it. I guess we'll see.

Really? I kinda like the flares, the front does look like it needs to be fit to the body a lil better. But those dimples have to make it stong as ****.

It's good to see something really different on here. Even if some of the things he does aren't exactly my taste I still think it's an incredible build to watch.

Nice to see your still plugging away at it. I'm in the same boat, 3 years down rebuilding, and still buying parts or garage tools to build parts. Just picked up a new bender, I'm pretty stoked, now to buy the Steel.
I would go hy-brid cage, with no headroom inside XJ, it really hurts when you spank your head against the cage !
cheers Rob

Good Lord, just read through this and all I can say is WOW! Awesome fab skills! I'm not fan of all the stuff, but heck, with something this BA, who cares if everyone likes what you've done. Very amazing job on it!
