XJ Fender Flares
judging by the bushwacker installs i've seen other people do, i think you'd have to cut out more. The front, you might get away with just making longer vertical slits, when you're bending the metal 90 degrees (makes sense if you've seen the Notch Customs flares' instructions), but the rear is a lot different. I think you'd have to basically follow the instructions as written, i.e., cut, pound, and weld.
They're definitely more cut out than bushwackers, so i don't think you'd run into a problem of needing metal where you've already gotten rid of some.

Well, I'll admit, I got a guy I know to do the paint job. I just bought him the paint and gave him a few bucks for the job.
Depending on where you measure, they stick out 3.5" to 4.5" from the body. It's 4.5" right at the top, center of the flare.
How do the Napier flares hold up? I mean, these things are crazy durable. Have you seen the video on Notch's website? On the side, there are two, and the second one is called "Just How Tough?" I knew they were tough once I got them, but I wouldn't have hit mine with a sledge hammer like they did!

Yea i saw the video and that is what pretty much changed my mind. I like bushwackers but i just think they stick out too far. The v2's are like BW's but just not as big. I saw their vid
and liked them but these seem much stronger
I think you changed my mind with the measurements though.

Anyone else running the notch customs? I'm considering a set...
I would like to see some more pictures, such as inside the fender wells, installation process etc....
