It's definitely the rear main seal, It also leaking from the front of the oil pan where the timing chain cover is; is that common? Whenever I do a steep hillclimb the built-up oil that leaked from my rear main pours out of my bell housing, there must be a drain of some sort? Haha, I'm moving out of my apartment soon, I'll be able to tackle the oil leaks. I'm looking forward to having a driveway and garage!

I listed my BMW '87 325is... I had that car perfectly restored (well besides the horrid macco paint job). Before that I actually had an '86 e30 beater that I would track with the BMWCCA. e30's are the **** and I will own another some day!

This is my current precious (Since I got suckered into buying new, it probably will be around for awhile).

Bumper finally came in... so here's some pictures, the pictures are in chronological order from start to finish, enjoy!

I really wish I had the money to powdercoat the bumper, the cheap spray paint I used just didn't give me the look I wanted. I'll end up repainting it eventually.

Better off using paint man. Once the power coating gets chipped I have seen rust start to work under the coating and you have to sandblast the whole bumper. \Get a chip on the paint and just rattle can it over and you are good to go.

Love the bumper, looks like it was worth the wait.

You need a winch it stick in the receiver now.

You going to slide rock next month?

My oil pan is off... Going to let it sit for a day and hopefully the dripping oil will subside. Then it's time to replace that rear main seal.

Worked on a friends XJ last weekend... 2 inch lift consisting of spacers in front and OME leafs in back. Some brand new 30's and it's looking pretty.

Only took a few hours... If I had better tools and garage I could almost be a competent mechanic.

Default Phone Unload

I'm uploading just a bunch of pictures from my phone... the car update is that the Duratrac tires just work awesome in snow and ice and the Jeep is mostly not leaking oil, haha. Not much building happening, just maintenance items. The Cherokee will be more of a DD through the winter.
