Did you use a paint brush to paint it?

I did not, I rolled the paint on. It is 2 coats and 3 in spots. The paint covered really nice over the black.

Yea so do I. I kinda miss the shark look, but it just wasn't me.

Thanks...

Well I found a set of 3" lift coils so I can finally cut down my 4" coil spacer to a reasonable size again. I also picked up some hood pins seeing as my hood release handle was broken. Finally I picked up a camouflage tarp that I am going to use for a back cover. It is going to come down from the roof on an angle and attach the the tail gate. Hopefully I can get around to installing some of this stuff this weekend and shoot you guys some pics of the work. But in the mean time here is a HDR type picture I did of the truck..

Also when buddy came to get my old rims and drop off the lift coils he wanted to show us how well his jeep flexed so I pulled my Jeep onto the road and he climbed the tire. For being open open he had zero problems. In the pictures he is running stock 235s, and his limiting straps are connected in the rear.

I'm using a camo tarp for the top on mine too. Let me know how yours holds up!

I used tremclad it's similar to rustolium. I used a foam roller and the finish is smooth and kinda glossy. I bet if you rolled a coat and wet sanded it and rolled another wet sanded again clear coated and buffed you could get a nice smooth finish. I'll try and get so e close up shots for you tomorrow.

WOW when you first started this build I was like oh another chop. However this looks amazing. Not something I would do to my 2 door but very cool. I also really like the new paint job.
