Thanks man. It took a LOT of going back and forth before making the cut n fold plunge. VERY glad I did though. And the bumpers are holding up great on the trails. I'm using/abusing them. And they touch right up with that duplicolor bed liner.

Great looking Jeep man. I would love to tag along next time you hit a trail. Just let me know when you plan something local.

I have never been up 5-mile. I have no sliders or skid plates. How hard is it? I just want to be able to make it back home.

Do you ever feel like your going to tip over with your spare tire mounted ontop? I am trying to decide whether to get a rack and mount my spare ontop or get a tire carrier for my rear bumper.

No, those last two were on Metal Masher.
Spare tire, I don't feel top heavy at all. Only drawback I see is bad aero dynamics.

Got the front end (body) broken down for all new parts. The previous owner must have had some mild accident. The grill, headlight bezels and header panel all have some cracks with crappy bond-o work on them that all become more evident the more I wheel and work on the jeep. I heave a friend with a body shop, so he got all the parts at dealer cost which was next to nothing. I'll just have him paint the header panel to match the chilli pepper, and leave the inserts black. I found some clear parking/signal lights to replace my cracked oranges. I expect that will all be done in the next 3 days.
I also just ordered some 33/12.50/15 Mickey Thompson Baja MTZs along with some 15x8 alloy soft 8s which should be here in a little over a week. Also ordered some Napier fender flares which will get here in about 3-4 days. Looking forward to how it will be looking in about 2 weeks.
