A few more updates. I fiber-glassed and bondo's the front clip so its one piece again haha, cut the old folded fender sections off along with the pinch welds, installed a 6000k hid kit withe the projector housings (pretty bright!) and had to rewire my dual electric fan setup. I wired the fans together and added a relay to turn the fans on when the ignition is on and I also wired in a kill switch to turn the fans off in deep water or for winter to let the engine warm up. The hid kit had some problems when installing the lights would stay on all the time, ended up being a common problem with theses kits, solution was to take the light delay relay out, after that everything worked fine.

Big update! recently redone my front end : new ball joints, u joints, and wheel hub assembly's. Also rebuilt my front drive shaft and rivited my back fenders together after ripping them open on a trail ride haha.

....... and check this out ladies and gentlemen i repainted this beaut digital camo tons of pics of process, ended up fixing a bunch of rust before the paint and bought a new header panel after i cracked the one i fixed in half

Used POR15 for rust converter this stuff works awesome. Cant figure out how to put all the pics in one post but anyway heres more pics coming at ya! I pulled an all nighter to finish the paint and had about 4 redbulls haha heres it primed
