hopefully by the end of the year. thats my plan but with 3 kids and lots of bills it's kinda difficult. my problem is my mentality is go big or go home and it doesn't fit my pocket book very well.

man i'm honestly at a standstill as far as going with the RC long arm or the IRO long arm kit. the IRO is $200 more and i've heard nothing bad about it. the RC kit i've heard people talk trash about but i've heard people talk good too. i'm really considering spending the $200 more to get the IRO kit

Default Updates!!!

Ok after many many hours of sleepness nights and research during the day I have been unable to come to a decision on a complete in the box lift kit so I'll be doing a budget lift next weekend. Got the plans from this site...
http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/...udget_Lift.htm

Going to pull apart Tuesday to start looking for my coil springs and leaf springs. Drew up a list of parts and it came out to under $250. I figure I'll hit $250 or just over that once it's completely done. Here's the list of parts that I've gathered so far.

Leafs- $45.78 set (pull apart)
80’s S10 or 90’s Dakota
Coils- $21.54 set (pull apart)
75-79 F150 or *93-96 Grand Cherokee (also get isolators)
Rear Brake Hose- $16.99 (O'Reilly)
87-95 Wrangler (Wagner# BH123814)
Rear Shocks- $44.00 set (O'Reilly)
95 F150 4X4 (Monroe# 32386)
Front Shocks- $44.00 set (O'Reilly)
87-95 Wrangler (Monroe# 32219)
Front BPE’s- $29.99
Iron Rock Offroad
U-Bolts- $24.99
Iron Rock Offroad

I will be completing a technical write up in the how to section with pictures/part numbers/and instructions once it is done.

The Jeep will have long arms with a higher stance but this will be later. This lift is just to get me off the ground on 33's and keep me happy for a while! LOL!!! Wish me luck!!!

you shouldnt need the u bolts. just get leaf spring clamps u shouldnt need the rear brake hose either u can just pull it off the lil tab in the back and get plenty of slack. once you get all your parts you can bring it all over to my place and we can knock that out in a couple hours

Where can I get leaf spring clamps from? I was thinking of making my own. I'll probably get the other parts and return what I don't use. Your dad has air tools and all that? If not my dad has a shop with everything I need

you can fit 32's with 2inch spacer and shackle and still have some room for flex
