Yes they did. I did however find a fix I think. I have to try it out yet though. In Chrome or Firefox you can get an add on from their sites that allows you to view all the photos. I got it but have not tried it out. But on the bright side, with so much to change on the new build, I will be starting a new build thread. Going to have to do something with my user name though, the engine will be on growth hormones

Ran into another cooling issue. Only happening in traffic at stoplights, newish Mopar stat, HD fan clutch, newish WP, new rad, new electric fan, new hoses,
newish cap...so I decided to test the stat...was bad... never fully opened. Odd for a Mopar stat. So, I grabbed an OEM one from the store, replaced the stat, gasket, and cap, just for ****s and giggles. Also had a known good temp sensor I swapped out just in case. Letting it set up, then we'll see. Haven't driven it in a week. Miss my boo, haha

I've always had good luck with STANT thermostats. Any time I've ever run anything else, I've regretted it. That being said, I haven't ever tried the "modern" MOPAR replacements... although their parts have been letting me down as of late.
Roni, just read through this whole thread in the last week or so. *****in build. I’ve got a quick question for ya. I’ve got my rear axle out and fuel tank out to weld in some stiffeners and paint the undercarriage. I’m just wondering what products you used and how they’ve worked out. what stuff did you use to:
paint the axles
spray the undercarriage
clean and prep the metal before primer
thanks a bunch man. Really great info in this thread.

Used the same primer and rustoleum rubberized undercoat.
I used a needle scaler for the underbody, followed by an acetone wipe down. Axles were pressure washed with purple power and scrubbed in tough spots, and wiped with acetone before priming and paint.
