BTW took it for a spin this afternoon, butt-dyno approved! LOL
Not really expecting economy from it, I kinda gave up on that a long time ago...

Been a rough year. For those who don't know, my pooch came right close to dying, but she's on the mend. Got a flat on Friday the 13th, and added to 2 bald tires out back, decided to get new wheels/tires, as I'm sick of dealing with beadlocks everytime I have an issue, which seems more frequent lately.
So long story short I got new wheels and tires, but not without some kind of difficulty, but that said, worked out great... got some trailmaster steelie soft 8's, and ordered 4 Mastercraft Coursers. Another long story short, the tires ended up being free, due to some really crap handling/issues on amazons end. Still need to mount and balance the wheels/tires, but I finally have what I need to do so.
Just really stoked I got 4 35's for free!

No, I don't lick fish.
Hey man... glad to hear your dog is doing better. Sorry didn't pipe up and say anything about it before. Not real good with that stuff.
Also, glad the tire shenanigans worked out in your favor to the tune of FREE! That's pretty badass, and I know you can definitely use that money saved!
Just out of curiosity, what was the big pain with the beadlockers? I figured the self-changing of the tires would be about the same regardless.... other than the tedious work of the torque sequence.

So, just gonna keep 'em and get another set of tires when I can afford to, then just use them on long wheeling trips.

36 bolts per wheel. Removal is not a big deal. Install sucks. Because, yes, sequence, but the problem is, go through the sequence, then double check, and guess what, all are loose again, it takes a LONG time to get them fully seated and torqued. Now multiply that X4. Takes a LONG DAMN TIME to change all 4 tires.

Was kinda sorta considering switching to 15x10 beadlocks or a 17" set of beadlocks to "flatten out" the tread of the tire and still not be worried about losing a bead, but I think I'll just stick with what I've got.

Well, got them mounted on the jeep...
A couple of observations...one, the Milwaukee 1/2" impact is a god send when changing tires, haha...zips 'em off quick, and on the low setting, gets everything tight enough in the air, gets it centered real nice, without going over spec. Then just drop down and torque. Great money spent.
Second, it rides like a new car...really happy with them so far, and I will say this, they are MUCH quieter than the STT's.
Third, think I need to go get it aligned again, it pulls to the right ever so slightly. Hands on the wheel, it's fine, not fighting it or anything, but hands off it slowly drifts right.
Other than that, just need to see how durable they are...but super happy so far!
