Copy that! the pitman arm and drag link set up has been a little frustrating for me because i couldnt find much info about whether it should be above or below the pitman arm. I feel like its going to be the limiting factory in my passenger side axle downtravel because its going to bind up. not sure

Been driving this thing around the last week. Love it. Got the steering wheel straightened out. Havent gotten it aligned yet but I will soon. Hurricane Nate is rolling through my town this weekend so possibly will have to evacuate.
Headed down to Jeep'n the Coast yesterday. Huge disappointment! Only saw one other cherokee. Bunch of soccer moms with their JKUs and mall crawlers. Saw one giant CJ too.
Only other XJ there

Mine

Got the front driveshaft installed and 1.75 inch daystar coil spacers to level the front end out

So hurricane Nate decided to **** on my town. In hindsight, theres was only like a twig on my lawn so I didn't much have to evacuate... but I did

Found a couple fun things to do in the heep to finally test it out. Drove 700 miles round trip with only minimal issues (I'll get there). Despite my front ring gear being chipped, engaging 4H to get out of a river/creek bed worked flawlessly.

And this thing climbs pretty good. not a huge mound but it was fun! And only in 2WD! woo!

Lots of rain brought to view a new leak. My light bar feeds from my engine bay through my door and into my cabin. Water follows the wire and heads right into my floor boards. Good thing they are painted with farm equipment weather paint with the aluminum flashing.

And of course you have to be ever vigilent when driving something you put together with used parts and youtube knowledge. Smelled a little smokey smell while about an hour into my 6.5 hour drive home. Pulled over to see my passenger side front brake billowing smoke. Didn't know what to do, so I didn't do anything. Figured it would wear down to the point of not rubbing anymore. After getting back on the road it didn't give me any more issue for the rest of the 5 hours.

Got the garage cleaned out finally hallelujah

And saw this...

162K miles, 1999, 2 door, 5 speed, 2WD

Little high on that 2d. If it was 4wd I'd say that'd be a good price.
As far as your brakes go, pull your wheel and check the knuckle area that the brake pads slide back and forth on. Common problem is that grooves form and the pads will get stuck in the grooves and not "disengage" when you lift your foot off the pedal. If they're grooved, you can fill the groove with a weld puddle and grind it smooth.
