Ok so Iv had my 94 XJ for about a year now and have done a lot to it. So I thought I should start a build. So this is what Iv gotten done so far let me know what ya'll think?
So this is a pic of whin I went to look at her

My lovely wife was talking to a close friend of are's that works and a shop here in Devine and said I was looking for a 4x4 XJ and he told her that one of his Customers was trying to sale one that he had rebuilt the motor and put a 4.6 stroker kit in about a year before and the kid was asking $1800. I was able to talk the kid down to $800 and picked her up the next day.
Here's whin I got her home.

The first thing I had to do was change the flex plate, and then I did a 97+ console swap.

Then about a day after that a tornado came throw Devine and wile everyone was hiding. I played.lol

Then I found a 2in budget lift on Craig's list for $50 and wint to pick-n-pull and picked up some S10 blazer leafs.

Then ordered 3in coils from iron rock.

Then ordered a CROK gear box spacer, and lucked apon a drango gear box at pick-n-pull so I snatched that up.

Then found a set of 33x12.5's on Craig's list.
Here's a pic with the lift but not the tire's.

Then I got the tire's on and found out I need new LCA's so ordered some from rocky road.

Here is how she sits next to my wife's 2wd with just a 2in

Then I had to replace the motor mounts so I got some brown dogs and throw them in.

Then about 4 months ago my land lords son got stock in the back feld and came asking if I could pull him out? So I did and got to play a little
This is the truck that got stuck.

Then after I got him out I got to play

My son that was 10 months at the time loved it.

Now that your up to date I started on some sliders this weekend just need to cap the ends and weld some Angle iron at the Ends to mount them.

and a friend gave me some free bees today a gas and transfer case skid off of a ZJ.

Well some how I found the time in my busy schedule to get my free ZJ gas tank skid in.

I had to do a little modifying but it was no big deal.

Had to cut off a little lip so to prevent it from rubbing on the tank and

Had to cut out a little so that the hitch can sit back far enough so I could line up the bolts
But other then that it bolted up.

Ok so I decided to put off my rock sliders until I can get the extra cash for a set of unibody stiffeners. I found the ones I want just got to get the money. On the bright side I was at Pick-N-Pull today getting an A/C bracket for my wife's XJ and came a crossed a 97 with a 3in lift on it. While I was looking at it I noticed that it had a factory front skid plate. So I quickly pulled it off, and to my surprise they only charged me $12 for it.

Once I get it off I realized that the previous owner reinforced the bottom of it with angle iron. Witch I really like because they are prone to bend.

There it is installed on mine. lol
