got my bumper mounts in yesterday hopefully i dont have to work this weekend so i can get started on my front and back bumpers

well got some more parts

picked up some ZJ door plugs awile back to make taking the doors off EZER

got my brake lines on and man how i hate bleeding brakes




picked up a small LED light bar for welding a buddy roof rack on

started working on my wench bumper last weekend. I got a lot done tell my guide rollers started slipping on my mig so i called it a day.






then got some more work done yesterday. got the roller fairlead opening cut in and mounts welded up and about 90% of it welded up just need to take it off and finish welding it up, then paint it.

well i got it all welded up and a base coat of black on it




i was thinking of using this for my finish coat.

Well i had my first day off in about a month. So after mowing the jungle I call a yard I got the last 3 brackets made for the bumper.


I also got my winch bolted up to the bumper and the D shackle mounts drilled out so my shackles fit.


So tomorrow ill go to true value and pick up a $hit ton of grade 8 bolts and mount the beast.
I really dont like the solenoid box mounted to the winch like that but for now that well work.
also thinking about making a hoop for it to mount my mini light bar?

well i got the bumper just need to wire up the winch and put the cable on.

i also picked up this guy with the offroad base.


first thing i did was take this cotter pen out of the base


and put this pin in so i can mount it under the back seat

Well its been awile since I did an update so here it goes.

got the winch wired up and cable on the spool.
still need to get a roller fairlead and mount it.


also put my grill back on.


installed my ZJ door sockets.







got my Hi-Lift mounted.


made some paracord grab handles.





I need to get some more cord to make one more for the front.

and swapped my seats out with the ones in my wifes old XJ before we get rid of it.

well since my wifes XJ's motor blew up. I stole the electric fan off of it and installed it today in place of my mechanical fan.



and wired it so that both fans come on when the key is on with some speeker wire. For now just to c how it works out and if it works as good as everyone says then ill go buy two adjustable fan relays and wire them in right.
