We are probably going to go all over Colorado, Wyoming and either Utah or Montana depending on the snow.
Well I got everything put back together halfway through last week, just haven't had time to post anything. All of my driveline vibrations are gone which is good. But, after I got everything put back together and started it up. There is a pretty violent shake right under my feet. I'm 99% sure that it is my transmission mount. I looked under there while the wife started and the whole mount shuddered on start up. So I put one of those on order and it should be middle of this week. The mount must have lost it's shape when I had it out for about 24 hours. So I still have a vibration from that but as far as actual drive-line vibrations, they gone.
Also, I had to order a new speed sensor O-Ring from Morris4x4. Old one was ripped in half when I took it out. Had some extra time yesterday so I gave her a bath as well.
Really happy with the driveshaft from Adam's Driveshaft. Their customer service is great as well.

Well, after some research. I feel a lot better about my vibrations/clunking being from a bad Trans Mount. Mine looks weak and I took some pictures of the clearance I had between the exhaust and exhaust hanging bracket. Note that there is no clearance between the exhaust and cross-member.
Hopefully the mount comes in by Wednesday. The motor mounts don't look to bad but I will probably replace them in the next month or two with Brown Dog motor mounts just so I don't have to worry about it anymore.

Transmission mount came in today so I got straight to work on that when I got home. Had it done in about 20-30 mins and it fixed all of my problems. Jeep is all quiet again, no more shuddering/clunking/vibs for this guy.

Track bar and steering stabilizer came in today. Hopefully I can get them installed this weekend. The quality of the IRO Track Bar seems very stout as well as the Tenneco Steering Stabilizer. Hoping this tightens up the front end quite a bit.

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Everything is smooth as far as drive-line. I would recommend putting a sealant or silicone tape around the plug on the tail housing though. Leaked a little bit but it's dry now with the tape.

Lift is done. Still need to do an alignment and adjust sway bar links/install new links. Overall ride quality is great, mono-tube shocks (Bilsteins) make a huge difference. Also, not too much drive-line vibration though an SYE is in the future. Extremely happy with the General Grabber AT2's.
FYI--Rubicon Express 3.5 Inch Lift definitely sits higher than said "3.5 Inch". Still looks/rides great and extremely happy with outcome!
Going to purchase a steering stabilizer soon though, not sure whether to stick with Rubicon Express or go with EMU for that that though. Both have similar reviews and Rubicon Express is 1/2 the price.
These pictures make the tires look small but they look pretty cool in my opinion. Happy with the choice of sticking with 31's.

I don't think that 32's would rub to much. The 31's do look really small in the pictures but not so bad in person. 31's you can get away with not re gearing but it's right at the limit. 32's would drive a re-gear sooner in my opinion. It's all personal preference though.

Got the IRO Track Bar and Mount installed today as well as the steering stabilizer. Had some issues getting the old track bar out just due to rust but nothing a cutting tool couldn't take care of. Overall, pretty easy install and set up, had the axle centered in 2 try's. Still need to get an alignment done, it almost feels like the whole front end is floating slightly since the lift. It's not too bad just something I'd like to fix eventually.
I think that it might be either:
Sway Bar Bushings
Tie-Rod Ends
Pittman Arm
Also had some extra time today so went ahead and changed the oil.
Just need to decide what to upgrade next, any ideas?

Got in the Jeep this morning to go and get an alignment. Turned the key, had lights on as normal. No start. No turnover, no starter clicking noise. Just nothing. All lights stayed on as normal. It eventually started after about 1 minute of trying...not sure what it is. Thinking maybe starter but I haven't had a chance to investigate other alternatives yet. Going to check all cables/grounds when I get it back from the alignment.

After driving the Jeep around a bit, I did notice that I still have a noticeable drive-line vibration from 22-35 ish MPH. Going to take the front drive shaft out to try and rule that out but I think it may be my rear pinion angle. Rear axle is definitely not pointing at the transfer case. So shims might be in the future.

Nothing new to report but I've been trying to decide on what to get next. I won't have time to work on the Jeep for the next month or so, that being said, it's time to stockpile some parts!
Coming Soon:
Extended Brake Lines
Axle Shims
ZJ Tie Rod
Bump Stops
Brown Dog Motor Mounts
Trans/Diff Fluid R2/Diff Covers?
Fix Front Fender
Rock Hard4x4 Front Bumper
Front Driveshaft from Adams Driveshaft
Re-Do Headliner
Valve Cover Gasket
Oil Filter Adapter Gasket
Distributor Cap/Leads
Possible new Cooling system
Trans Cooler
CVT RTT
Thule Rack System
That's all I can think of, still trying to prep the Jeep for the trip out west this fall. Focusing on making it 100% mechanically sound.

A buddy of mine was at the JY and found me a front fender in good condition (free of dents/rust). Just need to strip it and get it painted.
