Project Waldo
hey guys I just started a project with a 99 Cherokee. I bought this Cherokee for $460!! it was a great deal this being my 2nd Cherokee but my first one was a 2wd with a 3inch lift on 31s, even being a 2wd I would still beat it and go into trails and I got stuck a couple of times, I sold it just to put all that money into the new project and this is the beginning of a long journey, I thought it would be cool to start my own thread and show you guys my progress!
the blue one was my old Cherokee and the red one is the new project which I decided to call Waldo hahaha

The red jeep had a blown head gasket and had some dents and rust in the rocker panels, which means I had a lot of work to do. I replaced the head gasket, valve cover and intake after that the car was running fine and didn't over heat (i had pics of all this in my old phone:/) i decided to call a buddy of mine and asked him how much it would be to take all the dents out and fix the rust spots he said $1500. not bad for a lot of rust and some dents and other minor stuff. i got her back looking good and shiny!

Do you have any more pictures of the two tone trim? I'm interested given we have the same color.
At that height, you'll probably want extended brake lines and you may need to shim your axle to set your pinion angle right. You'll be able to determine if you need a SYE or transfer case drop after you lift it.
