Sooooo....... I get a call on my way home from work last night... honey the power just went out in the middle of making taco's for dinner. Son of a b**ch! My wife never cooks, so I take the good meals when I can get em! So cold cereal for dinner, and mowed the damn lawn last night. Good news, power is on and better stay on for tonight! I gotta get these rockers welded up so we can weld some tube to them on saturday.
Seats came yesterday... decided on these for simplicity plus they bolt right in, and i like em'.

Started on the rockers last night. Got a couple braces on the drivers side. Still need to add another brace or two then plate the boat side.

So it begins.... finished running braces from the rocker to the 'frame' on the passenger side. Got the B Pillar bent up and tacked in. Then started working on the A pillars. These took a while as we kept them close enough to the windshield frame that I can weld the sheet metal to the A Pillar tube for strength. A and B pillar's are pretty much done. Few pics...

So just for reference
I am about 75" s to the roof (eye balling it)
25.25" to the bottom of the uni rail
21" to bottom of the johny joint for my long arms
all measurements taken with 15psi in the tires (33's)

Thought about it, but I spent too much time putting the rear wells back together to cut it all out again. I want to keep enough room in the back for the food/whatever container, the cooler, and tool bag, it's the perfect size right now. That's one of the reasons I relocated the gas tank instead of putting it through the floor in the rear. I'm thinking the back is just going to get boxed in like a little truck bed sort of.
