Well our roof line is almost exact. I measured right about 74 - 75 inches. Where did you measure your unirail? I measured right behind the cross member. Mine are also plated with 3/16", and sits right about 24". My 37's are less than half tread and with about 12 psi are measuring a hair under 35".

Just spent the last few days reading through your thread, sick build man.
I was wondering what size joints and tube you are using for your rear links.

I work for a drilling company.
The lowers are the same as the fronts, 2" pipe, 1/2" wall. Super overkill. Rear Heims are Ruffstuff 7/8" upper and lower.HEy thanks, what area of Herriman are you in? I'm actually barely in Riverton... just south east of the Smiths, could almost hit smiths with a rock from my back yard.
My boys (i have three, 7, 5, and 1-1/2) are obsessed with bumble bee the Transformer. They LOVE the Jeep even more now that as they would put it.. "I am welding poles to the Jeep." And they have always asked me if one day I would paint my Jeep like bumble bee.... sooooo.... once it's done the body panels are turning yellow, all the cage will be black, and of course, it wouldnt be complete without some black racing stripes.

Little more done yesterday...
Welded a piece of plate on here...

And since bumper mounts sticking out are tied in already, i just cut a relief slit in the metal, bent them over and welded them right to the plate. Plenty stout.

Trying to keep my winch as high and far back as possible, i'm thinking maximum clearance. This is what I ended up with.

And got the stinger bent up.. looks a little big in the pic, but when you look at the Jeep as a whole it looks about right. My wife said it looked fine. So I took her word for it and burned it in.
