No Cummins for me. I dont pull enough to justify owning a diesel. Plus this is the wifes daily driver. I cant afford a nice truck to pull and a new car for the wife. Sold the Expedition and this is her new ride. Besides, I dig hot women in big trucks.

Well.... the time has come. 160 feet of tube sitting at home, work is done in a little bit, headin home to cut the XJ up. Still on the fence about whether to keep the wind shield or not... roof is definitely coming off! Cherobuggy FTW! I also ordered RADesigns rail shifter and set back rock shifter, going to build a custom console to house the new shifters. I will start posting pics of the progress tomorrow.

Just to let you know you should be able to fit 35's on the stock 3/4 ton tow rig. Hahaha.

Keep the windshield, what if ya wanna go baja across the trail and there is someone in front if you kicking up dust, or you can't see because your eyes are to watery? But then again I guess that's what goggles or sunglasses are for..

Oh, I know. My brother had a half ton and with just a leveling kit he threw 35's on with no rubbage.

Love the tow rig those things are beast. you should lift it to and put a ranch hand push bumper with winch on it, maybe even a roof rack with lights and make it the best tow rig ever!. So your gonna bedline the trailer?

Frame is plated already. Tying the rockers into the frame, then the cage will tie into rockers and what not.
