Well, I worked a little bit last night. Got the passenger side rear sway bar end link off of the leaf spring u-bolt plate. However the bolts for the bushing on the frame rail are free spinning. I will just cut them off with angle grinder when Jr. isn't sleeping.

Scuffed up my rear tube flares and cleaned with POR15 degreaser. They are ready paint, which may start this afternoon (6/26/17).

Also, I poked a rust spot on my passenger side rear lower quarter panel. Needless to say, now I have a hole in fender. I have been tossing the idea of cut and fold for months. Looks like a kind of cornholed myself into the correct decision. I have been eyeing that spot for along time. I knew eventually I would have to acknowledge it's presence. The time is now. LOL

The driver's side is okay, easy fold. The passenger side is a bit of a lost cause. I will need to cut away most of the metal below the body line. Leaving about an inch of metal, I will fold the inch of left over metal inwards creating a seat where I drop in and weld a piece of sheet metal. Hopefully buying a welder soon, it's bonus season at my job. Yay.

Ghetto Paint Shed is reopened for business. Started priming the flares today. Had a bunch of crap to do around the house this weekend. Hopefully get finished priming them by Sunday night. Spice out.

Finshed painting the flares black today. Still need to mask the underside of the flare and seal with undercoating. Then I can put them on.
