of couse i had zero time for pictures when i picked it up from alignment shop and from 4 hours one way out of town and i had issues. the jeep did not have an exhaust past the point of the cat so all the hot exhaust over time was heating up my gas tank and started to boil the gas in my gas tank! other then that issue i had the jeep shut off due to a bad ground and then on my way home i had a shock come loose and made this jeep very hard to drive at highway speeds. Both bolts had came loose and fallen off so i found some electrical tape and nails in the jeep and rigged it up to stay put and it actually worked!

Looking forward to this build. My buddy has the Skyjacker mid arm kit and it works great for him. But he did make his own arms and modify the crossmember to sit higher.

once i was back with the jeep i did a good look thru and installed my OrFab front bumper, and drove it for a few weeks and got all the bugs out and took it to my favorite trail Broken Arrow Trail located in Sedona Arizona.

I also drove it to Hawley Lake to take it on a fishing/camping trip.

Okay next was a audio system. Now this was new to me and learned alot on the way but at this time i was then working for an audio company you may have all heard of, JL Audio. I received my first set up that was 5 1/4 coaxial C2s for the front and 6 1/2 C2s for the rear with 2 10 WX series subwoofers in a sealed box. All powered by a XD1000/5 amplifier.

I used Fat Mat on both the front doors and had to make my own spacer to get the front 5 1/4s to fit.

I did the sound deadening similar to you on my front doors too. I see how you overlapped the Fat Mat on the vapor barrier. What if you need to get inside the door?

Little write up I did. Please realized I tried to research how to do this properly but am still pretty much clueless on this. LOL.
