Default Project Pale Horse

Just brought it home today, traded a 1988 Mustang roller drag car for it. I'll get more pictures when the rain lets up. I'm a welder and fabricator by trade so I'm going to build as many parts for this as possible. The XJ is a 1991, 4.0 with an AW4 and NP242. 3 inch lift of unknown origin, and 31" TSL's.

Let's see...drag car...welder...fabricator. Do I predict a caged XJ?

Among other things...
The rain here is absolutely nuts. Almost 48 hours straight. This time last year we had almost 2 feet of snow on the ground!

The drivers seat is a little rough, but not terrible. They sure are soft! I think seat heaters are on my list, Wisconsin gets cold... Lol

that rust scares me. Poke around the frame with a screw driver, if the frame is rotten then that thing is scrap metal, other than that nice find! Gonna be a project for sure. Also, I hate to burst your bubble but that's a . . . Dana 35

Guarantee your floors are rusted out. Pull the carpet. Mine isn't even that bad and the passenger side was almost completely rusted out.

Lol, I'm sure they are. Not my first rodeo with rust, certainly won't be my last. I have a few tricks up my sleeve... As far as the rear goes, I couldn't tell from the pictures I found on the internet. Thanks for the help!
