Damn man that sucks, sorry to hear it. I just did my rear disc brake conversion, also got the joins and center ball. Will rebuild front driveshaft round mid August.

I know it sucks, but excuse my admiration when I say, that is a pretty fracture!

Well, after a year of no mods and no wheeling it was safe to say I was done with this rig. She spent the last 9 months transporting my kayak 1/8 mile to the beach, not a fitting job for a Jeep. I put her up for sale and my son nearly lost his mind so she now belongs to him. His first mod was to jump the window lockout switch, 5 minute mod that took me 3 years to get done lol.

And here we go again. 2 years of carrying the rear bumper, tire carrier and tire are starting to wear on the unibody.

All is good, I bought an 01 Dakota for kayak transport so I've been messing with that for the last few months. Was getting ready to lift it when I was informed that the XJ wasn't leaving so that's on hold for now How about you? Wheeling?

I've moved to jersey. In east Windsor. Explored the WMAs some but dealing with front shaft issues. Once again i have to find a new DS since my current JY one is shot according to the driveline shop.

I might just break the wallet open and do that. I can then use my existing rear DC shaft back in the front and get the proper size one for the rear

I just recently decided I just don't care how bad the MPGs are. After getting a DD to remedy the gas situation and then selling it because I miss driving my jeep, I realized I'm definitely in it for the haul.
