Damn man that sucks, sorry to hear it. I just did my rear disc brake conversion, also got the joins and center ball. Will rebuild front driveshaft round mid August.
Just a FYI, got 4x4 working. Maybe sometime next week or week after we can do a quick wheeling to fully test her out. Only thing I am doin probably Monday is me do my rear bumpstops
Well, after a year of no mods and no wheeling it was safe to say I was done with this rig. She spent the last 9 months transporting my kayak 1/8 mile to the beach, not a fitting job for a Jeep. I put her up for sale and my son nearly lost his mind so she now belongs to him. His first mod was to jump the window lockout switch, 5 minute mod that took me 3 years to get done lol.
Eh. We drive em cause they're fun. Not gas or comfort lol. Hopefully he learns that.
How's everything been
All is good, I bought an 01 Dakota for kayak transport so I've been messing with that for the last few months. Was getting ready to lift it when I was informed that the XJ wasn't leaving so that's on hold for now How about you? Wheeling?

I've moved to jersey. In east Windsor. Explored the WMAs some but dealing with front shaft issues. Once again i have to find a new DS since my current JY one is shot according to the driveline shop.

Just barely lol. Let's see how he handles the new MPG. It won't be anything like his Golf LMAO
I just recently decided I just don't care how bad the MPGs are. After getting a DD to remedy the gas situation and then selling it because I miss driving my jeep, I realized I'm definitely in it for the haul.
