I'd do 1 1/2x.120 DOM, You could also use HREW, but it is slightly weaker. DOM is almost a seamless tube, while HREW has a weld seam. The weld seam is the weak point on the HREW and when you bend it the seam should be on the inside of the bend (FFR if you go with HREW). If you have the $$$ you could get 4130 chromoly tubing too. It's very strong, however it is harder to bend. It's up to you which type of tube you want to use. 4130 cromoly in the 1 1/2x.120" flavor is around 9-10 bucks a foot. DOM in the same size is around 5-6 bucks a foot. HREW is around 2-3 bucks a foot.

Local steel yards I'd assume. That was just an approximate from the top of my head back when I had a sheet of the current going prices, so it's probably off a bit.

last night i welded the tubing in for my harness bar. I just welded it from b-pillar to b-pillar because i do not have a cage YET. I went with 1.25x.120 wall DOM and its very skinny but its VERY thick which is good because it barely fit with my new seats. Today im chopping the top, lowering the drivers seat a bit, and installing my new KC Highlites onto my front bumper (my gf wanted the smiley face covers so I went with those to make her happy since she has to sit inside and watch tv while I do all my welding til we get her a mask). Well ill post pics of everything I've done this weekend once I get a chance

It's such a minimal differnce in gears that as long as I don't go 50 in 4wd it's fine. When funds are good I'll do 4.56's but I'm about to graduateand will be attending th University of Georgia so money will be tight.
Z wiz- ya being in high school limits a lot, but I make due. And if you look hard enough at some of my pictrs you can see some of the horns haha
