I actually REALLY like those stealth seats. Maybe I can find them in tan.
I haven't decided on doing a build thread, I always seem to think about pictures after I'm done with something rather than progress pictures! I'm still gathering up parts to start the build, still waiting on my CavFab 3-link to ship, I'll probably start the build after that arrives.

I'm torn on exactly what to do, currently the vehicle is a 2001 4-door XJ with only 86k miles in immaculate condition, completely stock. I'm still hesitant to cut the thing up!! I keep considering selling it and finding an older vehicle to build, need to make up my mind soon.

Back to your seat options, do you want cloth or leather? I wanted cloth as it gets hot here and cloth just breathes better for the hot days. If you'd consider leather, check out the Volvo's in the yards, I came across a newer model with some perfect leather seats, but passed them up for the Stealth seats. I have no idea how they mount, but they looked great and are supposedly really comfortable. Might be an option. Early 2000's BMW's are really nice too. Tough to find good seats though, I checked almost all the cars in the yard that day, most were trashed or already gone. Look for cars with windows up and doors shut, you might get lucky.

Had these American Rock Rod louvers stashed away for a while now and completely forgot about them. Got them lined along with the bumper

No way! Those are the exact louvers I have on my radar. I personally think they look the best out of everything I've seen. Good call!

3 link *cough*4 link*cough* **** is the best ****. Take as long as needed with the updates. All the additions are well worth the wait.

And just because who doesn't love looking at photos.

Haha while I did consider it, that is more potato than I want to go for this build. I just meant that as I believe Cavfab is adding a 4th mount to the Alpha crossmember as a provision for those who want to run a true 4 link

That'd be pretty bad ***. I may go that route if it happens considering my XJ sees so many miles.

Soooo what do you guys think a fair asking price would be for selling a well maintained 242 with Rubicon Express SYE and Boostwerks linkage
