A couple notes:

It was amazing seeing these 2 axles side by side. The 8.25 was in every way bigger.

Let's talk ABS... I didn't do a single thing with the ABS, but my ABS light ain't on, and it brakes fine. I guess my jeep never had ABS, but I thought all D35s has ABS. Any input on this?

Oh and I'll get some pics of the new 8.25 tomorrow.

I definitely have abs, whether it works or not I do not know. I was told to just remove the fuse.
The build looks awesome. It's getting me all excited for my swap! Keep up the good work!

Does your rig feel any different since the swap? Any afterthoughts?

Do you think you might be getting all those vibes from bad u joints in the drive shaft?

To be honest I think that is a part of it. I only replaced the rear u joint, not the tc end one. I had a little bit of vibes with my 35, and since I put the 8.25 in I notice that the vibes are primarily coming from the tc end, leaving me to believe its the u joint. I'll prolly replace that on Monday when I change my oil and all that.

I found when I did my SYE swap after a 'junkyard' 3.5" lift the vibes came from the front u-joints because of the odd driveline angles and the fact that the slip shaft hung out so far that it had an off-center wobble to it. Sweet looking rig.
