Yeah, I realized that after they were mounted.. I wanted the white letters facing the inside. I haven't noticed any problems with having them mounted this way though... Lol.

White on the inside... Lol
Oo weird mine didn't even come with white walls. And they might wear down faster tho due to like a wrong direction of wear or something..... Never know. Lol

And thx I heard good and bad about them on ice...

Great eyes! Never noticed the tread pattern before. In too big of a rush to get them on the jeep. Looks like need to more the drivers front to the passenger rear.

Went out and just checked the MTRs. There are no directional arrows or words on any of the 4 tires. The tread pattern- the 2 on the passenger side point forward and the driver's side point back. They don't seem to be directional.

Yea there not directional but they are A sometric. Meaning there is a correct out side of the tire and a correct inside of the tire. Probly not a big deal tho. But u never know.

Now I see the difference. It is not the 'V' patern in the tread but the smooth lugs and the grooved lugs.

It seem that the 'grooved' lugs should go on the inside and the 'smooth' lugs on the outside. I think that the 'grooves' and water channels and that will force the water out towards the underside of the jeep when mounted 'correctly' with the sommth on the outside and the grooved on the inside.

The way they are mounted in the picture will move the water to the outside and cause ?'spray' off to the side of the vehicle.

These were mounted like this b/c we wanted the white walls to the inside. Maybe if we had non-raised white lettering we would have put the smooth lugs to the outside.

Idk. I got my rims from Summit Racing and the MTRs from a guy that was selling them because he was upgrading.

Is there a build thread anywhere? I'd like to see what was done to that one.

Look again.... One side says "this side outboard" and the other says "this side inboard". The bigger lugs are outside for gripping when Aired down........

It doesn't work that way. More air = more fuel to keep that 14.7:1!
