Got my stage #2 stroker kit in the mail, well most of it at least. I'm still waiting on my head, camshaft, and a couple other things. I'm running out of patience. Off to work to get more hours for my paycheck so I can keep spending it all on my jeep

Got my TNT Frame stiffiners with the front extensions in the mail today. Anybody used these before and have any feedback or recomendations?

here is a helpful thread with advice on welding to the uniframe. as I mentioned before I would really try to drill some rosette holes into those stiffs. you only get one uniframe

these are what I run. lighter 10ga steal, fitment was snug, thinner sheet was maneuverable and easy to work with, and still strong enough for me to drag over rocks. I've spoken with the rep for HDO about it and he claims the rosette holes are what make them plenty strong. more attachment in more places. I still have the PM's somewhere. just something to think about

So since I'm putting a high-output head in my jeep when I stroke it, I'll need another header that fits a 91-99 inline six. Does anyone have any recommendations of what some good headers are and/or the link to it?

This is gonna be a sick build. I would do a removable winch so you can use it on the front or back as needed. If you are going all out on the build, consider extra light. Such as LEDs on a roof rack, back up lights, rock lights. Maybe a snorkel and second battery? Possibilities are endless.

Yup, already thought about that. I think I'm going to do it anyways, it will be worth it when I'm winching fords out of the mud. Thanks for the advice!

I have an 88 jeep xj that im stroking out with a stage 2 stroker kit. I got a high output ported and polished head (7120) making it a head for a 91-99 if im not mistaken. I just ordered an APN header for 91-99 and need to get an intake. What intake manifold do i need to get to fit my 88 jeep with newer 91-99 head and what are some good brands? Is there a specific one someone can recommend me to get? thanks

Going today to pick up a new block instead of using mine and to pick up a 91+ intake manifold, throttle cable, injector rail, and throttle body from a junkyard. Is that all that I will need for the intake? and I have my head and everything else in my stroker kit made for an 88 block, so should i just pick up another 88 block? What year blocks would I be safe getting?
