So along with a new headliner, bad idea got some camo sun visors just like champ, my other jeep, did a few months ago.

 

New u joints in both shafts and painted them black

Yea I like it so far. Played around with it yesterday and it's much faster then my buddy's badlands one. Good to hear you like it!

 

Pretty nice project. I'd say you actually saved this jeep. Looks much better now and with an owner who clearly cares more about it than the previous one.

Those Cepeks are pretty BA. Some people don't know but Cooper tires makes both Dick Cepek tires as well as Mickey Thompson. The Extreme Country tires are similar to MTZ's. Even Cooper offers some similar tires themselves now.

 

I like to think I saved it, too! Thanks for that! When I bought it I never thought it'd be able to look this good haha. The cepeks are amazing off-road. I was debating between them and the mtzs. As much as I do care about this jeep, it's my trail rig as I have another xj that I daily

 

Well good news/bad news. I start college officially on monday, so not much will be getting done any time soon. i do have plans to wheel it again soon.

it has all new hubs and brake parts in the front end and the coils have been straitened out now so thats a plus.

 

Not really an update. Random pic of the jeep from when I first got it. Sitting on my buddy's trailer behind my dads truck.
And the jeep that got me started on jeeps! (My silver one all stock, and yes, I still have it).
