this is the one i used for about a yr until i figured the little tricks and **** out now i use a good ol fashioned tape measure and masking tape lol but there are the occasional 2 or 3 axis bends that i still refer back to the program for.
is the cage foot plates just gonna be welded to the floor?

THe cage foot plates if welded to just the floor would be worthless. We are going to weld a plate to the back seat floor with 5/16 and then another plate will be welded underneath and then we will bolt through both. for the C pillar we plated the wheel wells with 5/16 all the way across the back. The D pillar is the only one that will be just welded to the floor but there is about 3-4 layers of sheet metal right in the back corners and it seems wicked thick. We will add a bolt through there to a bottom plate as well if there is any flex after welding.

cool, you'd be surprised how many people just weld the plates to the floor of their xj thinking it would hold. clamping with plates and bolts works the best. but the addition of welding doesn't hurt either

So we finished tacking the halo together. Man is is strong and overkill but I love it. Still weighs less than a roof rack and 35" tire and hi-lift.

no im sure that beam will have a gap between it and the windshield so the wipers should sail nicely between them

thats a ton-o-tube!! Are you gonna boost your lift a little to compensate for the extra weight? Calculations.....you may lose close to 1" lift after all said and done but if anything.....that is gonna be indestructable!!
Are you gonna flange the top and sides so they are removable?

plz keep us posted. rly want to do a exo on mine thanks to you
