Looks real good man. What kind of bikes do you ride?
Thank you. In the city I ride mostly single speed road bikes, but I love mountain biking too. I owned a small bike shop in the city for a while, so I still have a bunch of parts and accessories that I'm slowly selling on eBay. I'm actually going to be managing a pedicab (bicycle taxi) company in downtown St. Louis soon, and that will be a lot of fun. Bikes, Jeeps, and music are probably my biggest 3 interests or hobbies.

Really cool. I ride an old steel conversion fixed gear, have a nice BMX bike too but that's a state away with my parents in the garage since I don't ride it much. I work at a bike shop over the past and upcoming summer in Delaware actually. Love riding bikes.

Right on, that's the way to go. Old steel road bikes converted to fixed gears and single speeds are great all around bikes. I did a lot of conversions on old road bikes at my shop. We specialized in fixed gear and track bikes, mainly carried State, All City, and Surly brand bikes. I definitely know way more about bike mechanics than I do automobile mechanics, but it does help with working on the Jeep being familiar with tools and such.

It's great being able to do both things as well. I can say that I feel more comfortable doing suspension/wiring and such on the jeep compared to doing cable adjustments on bikes though. Not a huge fan of adjusting derailleurs lol. My fixed gear is my beater as well, running on 700x32c tires are great for the snow. Got it for free from a local scrap yard next to my school worked on it since. It's clear coated so it won't rust and don't worry about the seat height lol i have short legs and a long torso so it fits me fine.
That looks good! Nice job. Here's a pic of my baby in front of my old shop.
Looks really good, what gear ratio you running? The bike shop I work at stocks SE for the single speed bikes but we're a big Fuji carrier, that's where 90% of our bikes are from. I prefer my fixed though, easier to maintain speed on the trails.
I run 49x16 on that one. I have an All City Thunderdome that is a track racing bike, and I run 50x15 on that one. Here's a pic of the All City.
I'm liking those hubs. Thing must get some insane speed. I'm at 46/17 and it's great for hills and such here. Part of me wants to get another but at the same time I know I don't need it, and plus Jeep & GF lol.
Yeah, those Dura Ace hubs are like butter, I love it. I also have Chris King headsets and bottom brackets on both bikes. Smooth bearings are a beautiful thing.
I can't complain about my simple Eighthinch Amelia wheelset.
I had a set of those that I put on a build that I sold. Eighthinch makes pretty good stuff for the money. The only way I was able to afford any of this stuff, was because I could get wholesale prices.
