Quote: I've never ran sway bars. and I dont know any local wheelers who run sway bars. I run stiff shocks so I dont have body roll. worst thing that happens is you dont like it and you can just put the sway bar back on right?

I've never tried to adjust a sway bar so I dont know how to help ya there. and when I can't figure something out my first thought is always to just cut it off
Quote: I ditched my sways months ago when I lifted mine. Never looked back...
Sway is definitely coming off soon.... Hopefully today or tomorrow it's just too damn hot here to do anything...my shocks are pretty old tho.. Is that bad? Just wanna get this done and go wheelin as much as I can before football starts

Try turning the coil spring to see of that's causing your sway bar to rub, I had that problem when I installed my lift. I just unbolted the sway bar and flexed out on a hill, turned the coil the right way and bam! It set right in like it's supposed to, no more sway bar against coil spring.

Nice build by the way! Love the name, one of my favorite songs

I may try that but it's seems like every time it compressed/depressed (the coil) that it would just hit the end of the sway bar... And thanks man, one of mine too!

Football and huntin season had rolled around and I had no time for the XJ since I had practice and such... The only thing I got done was installing a pair of offroad lights from harbor freight (not a bad deal at all) and some muddin (a few videos to come I hope) anyways here's some recent pics
