I sorted through them and figured out which ones went to the rear speakers in the hatch, the wiper motor, and whatever else that needed electricity back there that I no longer had, and then cut.them off up by the front door jam is. It was kinda scary for me, but.I'm sure you'll handle it okay! Just make sure not to cut the passenger side tail light wires like I did... I had to splice in new wires for everything on the passenger side and run them over there :/

So.I'm a college student, and am in the manual machine shop. I'm pretty good on all the machines as I've been machining since I was a freshman in high school. But my instructor has given us the okay to make our own projects once we finish the required ones. What are some projects you guys know of that I could make in the shop??

Mills, vertical and horizontal, drills, lathes, grinders, cnc's, pretty much anything in a machine shop. But I can't really make sliders in a machine shop :/ I made one shift **** last year, I'll make a better one this year

So since my inner shift boot has been torn for quite some time now, and I have the entire interior stripped, I figured it'd be a good time to try to fix it. I looked at three different junk yards around here and couldn't find any ax15 inner boots that weren't already torn. So I grabbed one out of an old chevy pickup. There's a picture of it next to my ax15 boot and then how it looks in the jeep.

Hey thanks man!! I got some more progress done tonight, I wired in my tail lights on my passenger side. The top light does brakes, reverse, and running lights. (says it can do turns too, but I can't figure that out) and the bottom is just my blinker. But I can't get it to actually flash and work as a blinker unless the factory bulb is in its socket and that is also in the setup. So odgreen said I could get a trailer wiring harness and that would solve that.issue so I'll be.doing that tomorrow! And for right now I just have that corner piece that holds my lights riveted on but when I actually put it on I'll weld it like everything else. Here's some pictures!!

Okay! So there's been a fair amount done since I last update this. Here's a quick list:
-finished all body work
-painted it all
-sealed up all water leaks
-bought new front header panel
-tube fenders
-added lights up front
-lifted to about 5" total
-33x12.5 Goodyear wranglers with Kevlar
-box with spare tire carrier in bed
-new back bumper
-bought winch (need to redo front bumper to put it on)
-got hd offroad frame stiffeners

I don't have have picture for most of it since it's been so long and I got a new phone, but ill post as much as I have

Fair warning: it'll probably jump around a lot, but ill do the best I can

So I don't have any pictures of building my tube fenders anymore, but here's some pictures of the jeep before I lifted it, with the tube fenders and 33's

And there are some from browns camp, mostly on fire break 5. The red and black two door is Aaron Barnes (awesomexj on naxja) he broke a front axle shaft where he is sitting lol

I was so surprised I made it up this!!!! I had super bald 31's and I was still on the budget boost it had when I bought it. But the leaves where so worn that it was basically like stock height

A big thanks for Brandon (odgreenon35s) for helping me out that weekend and spotting me up fb5. That was so fun and I can't wait to give it another go with the new tires and lift!

So the next thing that came was the lift!!! Here's a run down of everything I used

- slightly used procomp lca's

- 3" lift procomp coils

-track bar drop mount

All of those I bought from josh (nw99xj) thanks again!!

-6" lift red 5 layer stainless steel braided brake lines from crown royal

-made my own bastard packs

-new u bolts and center pins

-put the coil lift pucks (isolators) I already had in back in

So all of the above raised me up from probably about 1" higher than stock to about 5-5.5 total inches of lift.

Here's some pictures of the lift process

Okay so I guess I only have pictures of when I was starting the rear..

I got bored one night at work and there was a machine open so I made some little bump stop extensions
