Well yesterday decided to jump start it to move it so I could under coat it and clean it out ...only to find a pulley seized specifically the ac compressor and alternator which tells me why the battery keeps dying ....so I figured since I am in there I will remove all the a c components, put on a bypass pulley , new alt., tj high flow water pump, t stat, radiator, and put it all back togethor...
And as a reminder I am just assuming everything is original so...206,000 mile components....

Well the tj high flow water pump will not work on the cherokee because the piece the pulley sits on is different for the wrangler the hole in the pulley needs to be larger...so tomorrow got to get the stock water pump and an inlet tube, got the new alternator today also and new t-stat and rad. cap

I am going to mount it on my grill and it has to do with the fact that I love jeep j trucks so much from the 70s and that would have been on one...

Didn't have to wait they actually wanted the garage cleared so the lift had to get finished and it is!!!! no signs of any death wobble the steering wheel moves over bumps but the toe-in is pretty bad and the back is bouncy cause didn't put the shocks in yet...

Very nice man! I've just finished reading your thread up to this point. Ugh, brings back bad memories of fighting with my rad.
