Working at town fair tire had its benefit today some guy was swapping his 36 swampers to chevy rims off of jeep rims for an axle swap on his yj the old rims were barely used 15x10 d windows and since I mounted the tires got all four for $80

 

Score #2 for working at town fair tire went into work yesterday helped put the old tires into their area and whats in there a pretty mint 33x12.5x15...and i'm thinking trail spare! so i grabbed it...i might go play the lottery with all this luck...

 

Been a while but the Jeep is finally at my house cause my girlfriend moved in with me slowly working towards affording the basic 4.5" Rusty's lift kit...scored a barely used Thexjfiles bored throttle body for $20 off of Nemx735...other than that slow progress and just playing the waiting game and my pile of parts from parts jeep is slowly dwindling thanks to all my fellow forum members (thanks)...

 

Also scored a new hi-lift due to my buddy bending his old one buying a new one and warrantying the old one...

 

yoo tim, do u think u can keep your head up for me at townfair incase someone else has some 15x10 steelies? cuz i need some wheels but im on a pretty solid budget haha, thanks broman. solid thread btw

 

yeah i am not Tim i am Stephen and i will keep my eye out highly unlikely that anything will pop up but we will see and even if anything did Rob and I got first dibs cause we need rims for our trail spares...

For fixing my bro's car he gave me back the 31x10.5x15 Pro-Comp M/T's i sold that he kind of / almost killed so i would have something to rock until i buy 33's...also in the process of changing the throttle body...



Should be ordering lift kit first week of October plans are going like they should...then it will be install lift kit, fix rust, then first wheeling trip will be MaBell which was the last wheeling trip for my old '98 so hopefully this trail isn't bad luck for me...

he is running 4" bs and my d-windows are also 4" bs they look amazing and the only thing he rubs on is the front bumper at full flex...15x10 w/ 4" backspacing

 

they look so wide. i want new rims really bad.
