also...i have to pickup my new generator today, so my spare got thrown up onto the roof. Kinda like it, but it won't stay - I drive it too much to lose MPGs from a tire on the roof

 

Plus we all know what happens when you roll with a tire on the roof like that....

Well Danger Cart got used a lot last weekend. Took it up to Delaware for Thanksgiving.

Bought it a shiny red present



Took it wheeling Sunday. Messed around for a while on gravel roads.






And someone threw mud all over my jeep when i wasn't looking!!!!






Also put in a new SuperStant 195* thermostat Wednesday - now instead of sitting around 170* it's a toasty 208*. Engine feels happier. Mission accomplished.

But i found out my exhaust leak issue (making me run rich) is thanks to a cracked collector weld on the exhaust manifold....i guess i know what i'll be doing in a few months...

As much as it may surprise you - I went wheeling for the second weekend in a row! Local joint this time - second time there - first time was stock.

Did great. No issues to report other than getting stuck slightly in one hole - needed a small tug. Buttloads of fun was had.
