well just got my jeep back! turns out a valve broke on something causing the brake failure.
but i Decided I want to start updating the interior a little bit and giving it a cleaner look, so first thing I did was order some blue led bulbs for my shifters and floorboards from superbriteled.com. Cheap and fast shipping. But I Ordered the wrong floorboard bulbs,
so just have shifters installed but I really like the look and they match my headunit. I need blue gauge lights now.
Next up is quadratec floor mats for the front, ditch the woodgrain dash cover, maybe window tint, and get the right size led bulbs for my floors. Should start looking good.

What size bulbs are the shifters and how many you need? Also, what are the right bulbs for the floor ones? Did you do the dash or planning to do it?

I forget who's build it was, but for there dash lights, they took the neon rope lights and ran them sound all the gauges just behind the black plastic so it would glow onto the gauges. I think his were blue also, I thought it looked pretty good.

Welcome to the black XJ crew!
I already have the clear side markers and signals for the front. I am going to buy the spray on tint to black them out. I will also do the rattle can tinting for the back. I also need a driver side fender and need to re-paint the entire front fender/hood because the clear cote is coming off and it looks like poooo

Hi Collin,
now you've done it,lol. My Daughter just asked me if she could have my ZJ to build it up like yours.
I told her that she needs a Xj to do it. So I probably end up buying her one to do it like yours and put my time into it just like your dad. It will be fun to do.
You got yours in nice shape in a very short time, congrats to that.
So, keep it up, make it good, someone is watching you, lol.

And i would be all for getting her one, gives you another jeep to add to the collection! And my dad is a really big jeep guy,and was just as accited about working on it as i was. So im sure you will enjoy it.
and i appreciate it, i have a lot more planned for it. basically all ive done so far is cleaned it up, got it running right, and de-previousownerized it. so stay tuned.
