Ebay has them.
Pretty straight foward, linkage lines up, etc. Only thing that didnt work was the plug that tells ur reverse lights to turn on when in reverse, BUT thats cause my 231 was in the older 96 & older XJ models & not the new 97 to 01 models. Easy fix tho if u have this issue.

Just wanna add that shes NO WHERE close to being done tho!!!
I left the frame stiffeners, rock rails, skid plates, & undercoating out till the weather breaks & i can do more work here at my place rather then driving the 1 1/2 hr round trip to my moms garage!!
Still have to install the rear bumper & tie it into the unibody, paint & mount the roof rack & light bar, wire in the lights & locker switches, & dial in the rear shocks better.
Had to send the 5 yr old rear driveshaft back to Twoods for a re-build tho. Such great customer service even if its that old!!

More work has been done as i have taken all of my tools including my welder back home since the weather has broken!! Now instead of a 1.5 hour round trip i can roll out of bed & get to work & so i did. First, the roof rack, light bar, & spare tire have all been mounted up..

Next ive started to tackle work that shoulda been done before it was put on the road as underneath the winch bumper & its mountng plates got rusted up & so i broke out the chassis saver & went to town..

Also gave the front axle a fresh coat & repainted the steering, panard bar, & diff cover..

More to come as it started raining & ill take & post better pics when the sun is out!

So now its time to start upgrading the stereo system & get those high end components in. This is the install on the drivers door, its deadened with 80mil Resonance Control sound deadener on the outter door skin, (high end deadener), & a cheaper 50 mil for the front door as the good deadener is expensive!
First things first, door de-construction. Note that the stock 5 1/4" speakers had gaps in them creating some horrible sound & are being replaced with a set of 6.5" JBL MS-62c!!!

Now comes the high end sound deadener to coat the outter door skin. Boy was this fun working with limited space & then having to take a heat gun to press it down firmly!!!

And now the outter skin goes on, filling in all holes using the cheaper deadener but still as effective & this door is officialy Sound Deadened!!!
