So now onto making the baffles, or in some cases there just spacers so u can mount a larger speaker in its place. I took this a step further, (since i only have 20% hearing in my right ear), to make up for it with better speaker imaging & made angled baffles & pointed them up towards me & the same for the tweeter!!

First was figuring out how to make an accurate cut that will fit snug together & so i made incrimental marks & traced them & double checked my measurements:

Now its time to mount the baffles; i used 3 angled baffles to get my desired angle, then sealed it all up with a Loctite adhesive & added in a screw or two!!

More to come!!!

Ok now comes the fun part, installing the components & making it look like a pro job!!!

Tweeters, (gotta sand down that infinity logo!):

Now for mounting & showcasing the crossover, wiring it in with 12 guage OFC copper, (Oxygen Free Copper):

Still have to do some tweaking, tuning, the install on the passenger side, & then ill get some daylight pics up so the shots arent so blurry.

Stripped out one of my caliper bolts & so i had to go get a HeliCoil kit to fix the situation. The HeliCil worked like a charm & im very happy with the results!!

Exclamation

She still doesn't have the rear bumper, stiffeners, rock rails, & skids mounted, (to keep me from wheeling it), so once those are on, then she can be titled as a beast!!!

LoL
