Im surprised there isnt as much splatter. My HF welder and roll of flux splattered like crazy. I ended up using the Stick welder I had on my stuff.

There is TONS. Maybe its just a crappy pic?

Either way, I'm satisfied with the results. It sealed, and its not going anywhere.

After the welds are ground flat and the bedliner is down, you wont even notice. (Hopefully)

I also started on the rear cut and fold to finish up the rear of the truck. It got dark, so I couldn't finish.

Here are the marks. I got the first lip cut off, then called it quits.

Eh I wouldnt worry about it. I did the same thing on my cherokee rear floors and its hardly noticeable unless you know what your looking for. Looking great though,

And, although late, pics of the parts XJ as promised.

Trans is kinda out, as well as the diff cover off. That's set aside to refurb, and is already cleaned with a wire wheel.
