Yeah I remember reading your thread, taking apart these Jeeps suck! All the bolts on the cross member are covered in anti seize and the new ones on the control arms are getting the treatment as well. Have the day off today and I am heading out there now to finish up the job. Pics to follow later.

Update: DONE.
Only took 3 different sittings averaging 8-10hrs....the front end is new minus shocks and springs. The RIDE IS AMAZING! Best money I have spent on the Jeep thus far has been the LA upgrade. Now I need to get some long shocks and brake lines b/c they are going to run out WAY before the travel.
First step today was to cut the LCA brackets off the body...lets make it permanent.

I just did that same kit like 2 weeks ago. I have put about 300 miles on it and seems to do great on road. Haven't tried it in the trail yet? Good kit tho. I am haveing problems with the drive shaft too. Mine will only touch the crossmember if you are driving it and turning hard to the right. Nothing bad at all i just have to take a little off with the grinder.

Funny that you say it only does it when you take hard rights. I noticed a noise only when I took hard rights going more than 10 miles an hour where the suspension cycles...might need to trim a little bit more. The ride though is awesome.

Thanks for the compliment! The bumper does look pretty good, it makes a few creaks though that really bug me so I might be taking the Jeep back to him to see if he can brace it some more if it is possible.

Decided to go see if my brake lines were too short. Turns out they are not quite as short as my shocks ha, so the shocks are limiting the drop.

I have yet to install a SYE, I had vibes pretty bad at first when I bought it with a set of lift shackles in the back but as soon as I put stock shackles back into it I have eliminated almost all of them. I chose not to use the built in transfer case drop in the IRO cross member as well. I plan on doing the IRO hack and tap at some point b/c I am sure it would smooth out a small amount.

Yeah I plan on buying the IRO hack n' tap sometime soon but shocks/brakes lines are first on my list. Next year I might buy a set of new coils and put my lift shackles back in and step up to 35s.

Lookin good! Yea, i did the hack and tap SYE from IRO, it was pretty simple. Although i did have to cut the yoke a little bit, but no biggie.
00XJinPA- you have the IRO long arm kit also, right?
What do you guys with the IRO LA kit plan on doing for a transfer case skid plate? I still have my factory one, just don't know what to do with it.
