Default Update

Update: Winter was nothing but rain rain rain, so I have not been working on it much.
But I installed these recently:

Top item on page..the UCA's
I'd already blown through too much money, so I went with cheap.
These seem pretty bullet-proof...time will tell.

Just wondering what process you used to repaint in your engine? Did you take it apart and leave it undriveable, or just buy new parts and repaint it?

Are you referring to the valve cover? I removed it, and painted it.
paint used was the duplicolor high-temp stuff
the other stuff is dup's high-temp primer I shot on it, you can see the over-spray
I didn't touch the block or nothin. maybe when I rebuild.

Can you PM me how you made the brackets, I've been wanting to do that forever, but never got around to it.

Well its time for some updates!

RC db's write-up on this subject is here:
http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=942905
These totally improved the ride!
And I would recommend to anyone that has short arms.

I got my shackle relocation brackets in too:

And a new tool!:

High-Lift Extreme edition.

Also want to re-gear...but need a new rear axle option first.
(Do not want to put new gears in dana 35!)
Maybe a ford 8.8 build......
