i like it man. its a big step up from the d40. still trying to get used to it though. how do u like the 7d? after using a nikon i cant shoot a canon, button wise everything seems backwards, im sure if i started canon id feel the same exact way about the nikons. both are super nice camera companies but i probably will always stick with nikon at this point. one of these days im going to buy some nice glass and eventually upgrade to a full frame sensor body

Meet our first baby, Brynlee Faith born 8/7/12 at 1:59pm 6lb 5oz 17.5in

XJ time will pick up again soon I hope, time to yank to motor and start the rebuild

thanks fellas! @josh77, i fabbed them up. hell, one side still aint done. once i found out the motor was toast i lost interest in the headlights and starting re-pulling the motor apart.

well now we've kinda "settled" in with the baby and i'm back to work, i got a few things done around the house including getting the garage half way decent, enough to get the XJ back in there...

pushed it down the driveway to turn it around so i could get the engine puller in there

got the engine puller over since we got the motor from our donor truck for our other "project".

figured some of you may enjoy this as well, but me and my dad are working on building up our 72 nova with a 5.3tt setup

also, some of you may remember my other xj. my old 98... my brotherinlaw bought it from me and we've been slowly working on it. he bought some spare icons my dad had and some treadwright 245/75s, new carpet, headliner, etc. it's looking real good

just 2" BB and 245/75/16s. Gonna be 4-4.5 on 265/75s next year though

got the front clip off to make it easier to work on. got everything but motor mounts and trans bolts loose. itll be out next week hopefully.
