I came up with a way to secure my front sway bar with an old u-bolt, as shown here:

So far the Detours Tailbone is doing great. I cut the arm off that held the jack and slid the tire back another 1.5" or so, and now it's pretty tight to the back window. I also shimmed the latch out a little bit with some washers so it closes more securely now. It stayed in place fine on a pretty bumpy trail on Memorial Day.

I got some new shoes for the Jeep. I love the classic look of aluminum wheels and white letters out. The new wheels are a lot lighter too. I can feel the difference when I hit bumps on the road.
Before and after shots:

edit: fixed pictures. Shouldn't have tried to post them with my phone.

All right, hopefully the pictures are working now. I'm loving the new wheels. They are American Racing Outlaw IIs. They're aluminum, 15x8, with 3.25" backspacing, and weigh just 17.5 lbs. The old wheels were Pro Comp Series 51 steel wheels, 15x8, with 3.75" backspacing, and they weighed 27 lbs.
That's a 35% weight reduction! I can really feel the difference when I hit bumps in the road now. Noticeably smoother. Plus the 0.5" less backspacing means my tires only barely rub on my long arms at full lock now, so my turning radius is improved. And I like the way they look, so it's a win all the way around.

Great looking rig and sweet build thus far! I'm about to pull the trigger on the same Full Traction long arm lift and was wondering if you would buy it again, now that you've had installed for some time.

Thanks! Hopefully you found the pics of the long arm kit useful. It's still doing great after a year and a half now. I would buy it again. Some thoughts:
- You do lose some clearance with how far down the brackets hang from the frame rails. If you're looking for max clearance for rock crawling, there are better kits out there. But for my daily driver/weekend warrior rig it's fine.
- I think they call the kit "silent ride" but it's not. There are some squeaks, but it doesn't bother me. The bushings are firm, so you do feel some bumps on the road.
- I still don't like their quick disconnects. One of these days I'll get a set from JKS instead.
- The rear seems to sit a little higher than the front and hasn't settled. The stock shackles are nearly vertical with their springs. I want to get a set of no-lift shackle relocation brackets and some longer shackles and try to get a better angle and level it out a little bit. I was also considering trying some Rusty's 4" springs in the front instead.
- The track bar is a little long. I adjusted it as short as possible and my axle still sticks out on the passenger side a little more (maybe 1/2").
As for the positives:
- The arms and joints are super beefy. Nothing has worn out yet.
- I like that the kit is a 4-link setup instead of radius arms. Better geometry and more redundancy of connection points if something were to fail (I actually lost a nut where one of the upper arms bolts to the axle and the bolt was in the process of backing out when I caught it. Maybe I should've used lock-tite.).
- It flexes great, and the brake lines they give you are plenty long enough. The front bump stops are actually taller than I need with my fenders cut out, so I'm going to swap in some shorter ones.
- Installation was pretty straightforward, although parts of their instructions were out of date and still covered their old kit which required some welding.
- I ordered from AOR (vendor here) and the price and service was great. I got some Bilstein shocks from him too.
Good luck with your choice. Post up some pics if you go with the Full Traction kit too.
