Ok, today I installed a new fuel sending unit, fuel pump, fuel filter, High Altitude CPS, Relocated the IAT sensor, Installed the new ECU, new belt, oil change (needs to be done two more times to clean the sludge out) and she fired up the right way (no bypassing sensors) This thing is fun even with 3.55 gearing. Sounds like an I/O boat motor. Mud skiing anyone? Lol

Air box just like with the 4.0. That way it reads a constant temperature rather than hot exhaust manifold heated metal.

Yup, i did the same just before summer. Ordered a second one and kept original in stock location. I had to extend the wiring for mines

I'll get you one tomorrow. There's a reason Chevy puts them in the intake tract/tube instead of on the manifold.

The wiring loom is gone on mine so I have plenty of room to route things before I re-loom and zip tie them in place.
