Thats a pretty good deal. And ill post pics of the cooler tomorrow. But the line that comes out of the top of the radiator is the one that runs back to the tranny so thats the line you want. I just cut the hard line about 1 1/2" past the bend and hooked the top line of the cooler to the rad and the bottom line to the line going back to the tranny. The tricky part is figuring out how you want to run the lines. Its pretty tight. And getting the cooler through the front grill is tough to. But thats probably because this cooler is ment for motorhomes!

Today i did the chalk test on my tires to figure out my correct tire pressure. They were at 35 psi and they were rubbing all in the middle and hardly at all on the outside. So i kept dropping the pressure and ended up with an even wear at 25 psi. Does that sound to low to you guys or is that normal?

Between me and the wife, i have an 05 GC, 94 accord and my xj.
I drive the xj everyday. 45 miles round trip for work.
really the only time I dont drive it is on highway trips.
oh and 28 handles a little better than 25 also. maybe less noticeable on a 33 though

Jeep looks good man! In my experience the caps tend to rust out pretty quickly anyway especially if mudding a lot. Then for me, I smashed them on rocks and they are just dust covers now.

Gave the jeep a bath today. And fould where my tires rubbed the bedliner off the lip of my rear fenders. Going to work on bumpstops this week. Gona to do the hockey pucks in the front and i guess im going to just use 1" box tubing in the rear. Anyone else have other methods for the rear? I also REALLY want to make it doorless. Its been great weather down here in florida latley. Im lucky and have pre 97 hinges so i just have to find a dremmel tool to borrow from someone.
