Alright so i just got back from jeep beach and my jeep did amazing. Never got stuck and went over every obsticle out there except for the extreme course. I had some heat soak issues(will be fixed this week) and my freeze plug started leaking more so that will be fixed soon too. Besides those issues, i couldent be happier with how she did!

So my dad bought this muffler from a local jeep fabricator called american outlaw. The owner hasent put it on the new 2012 jk's so he gave him a good deal on it. Well, it ended up sounding like a boat motor. So my dad took it off and said i can have it. Its pretty much a strait pipe with a bevel to create some back pressure. I like the sound of it on the 4.0. It has that strait pipe sound but also has some throatyness to it. Its a little loud so my girlfriend will be the deciding factor as to weather i get to keep it or not. I also moved my ait temp sensor to try and solve my heat soak issues. We will see how it goes.

So today i replaced my leaky freeze plugs and installed my new apn header. Everything went pretty smooth except for when i put everything back together and turned it on. The rmp's shot up to 3,500 and stayed there. So after re-torquing everything 5 or 6 times and turning it on and off so it would heat up the gasket, the rpm's are back to normal. Thank god because i gota drive her to work tomorrow. haha
